Hong Kong Fried Fish: Dip 2-4 ounce sections of fish into wheat or rice flour until completely dry. Dip dried product into 1-2 throughly mixed eggs. In a hot skillet heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. After throughly coating product with breading dip into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Turn and repeat. Serve with vegetables and salad.
