Use and CareWash cookware prior to first use.Stovetop:Use burner the same size or smaller than the pan.Do not boil dry.Do not heat above 325F.Keep handle(s) away from direct heat.Even though handle will stay cool, it is best to use an oven mitt when handling cookware on stovetop.Use only wood, nylon or silicone, or other non-scratching utensils. Sharp or metal utensils will damage the non-stick surface.Make sure pan is cool before cleaning. Placing hot cookware in cold water will warp the pan.Do not store food in pan.Do not use high heat. Medium heat is ideal for non-stick surfaces.Add salt after food is cooking or liquid is boiling. Salt directly on the non-stick surface can cause pitting.It will not interfere with performance but can diminish the beauty of the cookware.Clean with hot water and mild non-abrasive soap. Dry thoroughly before storing.Harsh cleaners can damage the non-stick coating reducing its effectiveness.
