This recipe was born in Oaxaca where two great prehispanic cultures were developed; zapoteca and mixteca. Their surprising diet puts together imagination, color and taste to develop dishes like Black Mole (Mole Negro). Cholesterol free. he nature and selection of each ingredient makes this product free of cholesterol. Free of artificial flavors and artificial colorants. Made in Mexico.

Preparation Instructions

Refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool place. Uses: Dissolve the contents in 5-1/2 cups of water or bouillon. Heat moving constantly for about 15 minutes until it thickens. Add the meat you have cooked previously and let simmer for few minutes. Serve with chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, eggs, etc. Or make great enchiladas.
