Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening. Chicken Fajitas: Slice 1 lb of chicken breast into 1/2 inch slices, & combine with 6 oz of marinade for at least 15 min. Thinly slice one seeded bell pepper & one small red onion. Finely dice 1 seeded jalapeno. Heat 1-1/2 tsp of canola oil in a skillet over a high heat. Drain excess marinade from chicken, & saute for 3 min, until golden brown. Add veggies, stirring constantly for 1-2 min until cooked but still firm. Serve immediately.
