Add dry mix to wet ingredients and stir with a spoon until just blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Skillet Method: Preheat a cast iron skillet in 350 degree oven. Prepare mix as directed. Caution! Carefully spray or grease hot skillet, pour batter into skillet and return to oven for about 30 minutes or until golden, and a toothpick comes out clean.
