Stovetop Cooking: Combine 1/2 cup Central Market all natural Bulgur & Red Quinoa and 1 cup water or broth in a 2 quart pot. Bring to a boil over High heat, reduce to Low, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let grains stand 5 minutes in covered saucepot. Then fluff with a fork and season to taste. Makes: 4 half cup size servings. Not recommended for the microwave.
