Made from Picual olives which produce a unique, vibrant and robust flavor with a warm, peppery finish considered to be the best in the world by chefs and olive oil connoisseurs. Excellent with salads and fresh, raw vegetables as a dressing or vinaigrette, or for use in preparing meat, fish and seafood. Outstanding folded into pasta, seasonings and marinades. 100% Spanish. Made from Picual olives grown in the Granada, Jaén and Cordoba regions. Harvested by hand using only the olives picked from the tree. Cold press extracted within hours of harvest. The rich and vibrant green color comes from the high content of chlorophyll in the olives.
