Stove Top Directions: Servings: 1; 1/3 cup Couscous, uncooked; 2/3 cup water, broth or milk; pinch of salt (optional); 1 tsp. olive oil or Butter (optional). Servings: 2; 2/3 cup Couscous; 1 cup water, broth or milk; 1/8 tsp salt (optional); 1 Tbsp olive oil or butter (optional). Servings: about 6; 1 box couscous, uncooked; 3 cups water, broth or milk; 1/4 tsp salt (optional); 2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter (optional). 1. In medium saucepan combine water with (optional salt, olive oil or butter) and bring just to a boil. 2. Stir in couscous and cover. 3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. 4. Fluff couscous with fork. Enjoy! Microwave: Microwave ovens vary. Adjust time accordingly. 1. In a 2-quart microwaveable casserole dish add water and (optional salt). 2. Microwave on High until boiling. 3. Add couscous and (optional olive oil or butter). Stir and cover. Let stand 5 minutes. 4. Fluff couscous with a fork before serving. Enjoy!
