This bag of seasoning will season 20 pounds of Crawfish, or 20 pounds of Shrimp or 20 pounds of Crabs. Bring water to a boil, put seafood in, when water returns to a boil take seafood out and put into an ice chest, sprinkle seasoning on top of seafood and stir, let seafood steam in ice chest for 5 minutes.
