This soft cream is made with fresh white truffles and cultivated mushrooms. This kind of truffle in Tuscany is called "Marzolo" that means "truffle of March". Our truffle cream is a very concentrated product. It is completely natural, made without the use of preservatives, food coloring or artificial additives. It is ideal to enrich your warm dishes, such as pasta, risotti, eggs and meat fillets. Melt in a saucepan with some butter, in order to mix it better with your recipes. You can use also to fill burgers or to saute steaks togethar with fresh mushrooms. The fresh truffles comes from Tuscany and Umbria regions and they are processed in Tuscany.
