High quality butter flavored with Black and White truffle pieces. To keep Truffles under butter is the ancient system to preserve fresh truffle. It is made of White and Black fresh truffles cut and mixed with melted butter. The fresh truffles come from Tuscany and Umbria regions and they are processed in Tuscany. Butter is made in the Alps region of Italy with milk cream from high quality breeding. It is an extremely versatile dressing, very suitable for quick preparations. Melted in a pan, but not fried, it is an ideal base to dress in delicate way dry, fresh and filled pasta. Spread it on croutons or canapés, on its own or mixed with mascarpone cheese, to dress pasta and rice, to replace ordinary butter in your recipes, spread it on white or red meat, melt it on top of vegetables, pizza and focaccia. Fresh truffles come from Tuscany and Umbria regions and they are processed in Tuscany. The butter comes from Alps Mountains in Italy. Does not need refrigeration before opening.
