Preparation Instructions

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Basic Cooking: Bulgur cooks quickly. Add one cup Bob's Red Mill Bulgur Wheat to two cups cold water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Drain off excess liquids. Serves four.
