How to Enjoy Your Bauli Pandoro: Serve at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. A packet of confectioners' sugar is included. Sprinkle the sugar on the cake while it is still in the bag. Reseal the bag and shake. The sugar coating will provide a delightfully sweet accent. These cakes have an exceptionally long shelf life when stored in the keep fresh bag. Do not discard the bag; always store leftover Pandoro inside it to stay fresh. Choose your slicing style! Star slices: Cut from side-to-side in approximately 3/4 inch slices. Traditional slices: Slice in wedges from top to bottom. Try with fruit, a dollop of mascarpone or a scoop of gelato or ice cream. Makes a fabulous French toast, too! Press perforated section and firmly pull back bottom of packaging. Remove keep fresh bag with cake together. Sprinkle packet of confectioners' sugar inside bag. Re-close bag and shake.
