Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Microwave Oven (Suggested method): Cook only one product at a time. 1. Place a 1 inch slit in the center of the film. 2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes (Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). 3. Remove film, stir vegetables, rotate meatloaf 180 degrees, spoon gravy on top and replace film. 4. Microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes (Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). 5. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully remove as product will be hot; stir. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty contents of tray into oven safe dish. 2. Cover dish with foil and cut a 1 inch slit in center. Place on center rack of oven. 3. Bake for 35 minutes (Temperatures above 350 degrees F and/or failure to use a baking dish may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). Carefully remove from oven, stir vegetables, rotate meat 180 degrees, spoon gravy on top of meat and replace foil. 4. Bake for an additional 8 minutes (Temperatures above 350 degrees F and/or failure to use a baking dish may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). 5. Product will be hot. Let stand 1 minute; stir.
