You will need: 1 stick of butter, softened (Dairy can be substituted with an appropriate replacer according to your dietary needs); 1-2 tablespoons of water. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally. 3. Add mix and water to bowl. Blend until just combined. 4. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon (or roll dough into 20 balls). Space 2 inches apart. 5. Bake for 13-15 minutes until slightly golden around the edges. 6.
