You will need: 1/2 cup of oil; 2 large eggs (Eggs can be substituted with an appropriate replacer according to your dietary needs); 1/3 cup of water. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom only of a 8-inch or 9-inch square pan. 2. Combine the mix, oil, eggs and water in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. 3. Spread batter into prepared pan. 4. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 5. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.
