You will need: 1 stick of butter, softened (Dairy can be substituted with appropriate replacer according to your dietary needs); 3 tablespoons of water. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally. 3. Add mix, egg and water to bowl, and blend until combined. 4. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon (or roll dough into 20 balls). Space 2 inches apart. 5. Bake for 11-13 minutes until slightly golden around the edges. 6.
