Annie's Way in 10 Minutes: Best Way: Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. Stir: in pasta, bring to boil again. Cook: 8-10 minutes or until done. Drain. While draining pasta, add 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 cup lowfat milk to saucepan and melt over low heat. Add: Cheese powder and stir to mix. Return pasta to pan and mix well. Microwave Cooking: In a microwavable 2 quart casserole, combine 2 cups water with pasta. Microwave on high uncovered for 15 minutes (Microwave ovens vary, adjust times as needed.). Stop and stir halfway during cooking. Remove from microwave and drain. Add 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 2 tbsp. butter and Annie's cheese. Light Preparation: Prepare as above but eliminate butter. (60% less fat and 20% fewer calories per serving). Enjoy! Keep in a cool, dry place.
