My favorite way to make it is as a restaurant-style stir fry with all the trimmings - shrimp or chicken, tofu, eggs, green onion, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and cilantro. Preparation Instructions

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. 1. Bring 2 - 3 quarts water to a boil; remove from heat. Soak noodles in hot water for 7 - 10 minutes until tender; or bring 2 - 3 quarts water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 4 - 5 minutes until tender. 2. Drain and rinse. 3. Briefly stir fry noodles. 4. Add sauce to taste.
