There comes a time, even with the most carefully followed diet plan, when we crave pizza. We either fight valiantly against the craving or guiltily give in. Having been there herself, Amy's mom decided that Amy's Kitchen simply had to come up with an alternative to the available fat- and calorie-laden pizzas. This classic cheese pizza, with its low-fat cheese, unique sauce and thin crust, contains only 270 calories, and is tasty enough to satisfy any craving. Just add your own favorite vegetable toppings and a fresh green salad for a complete light, lean, green and guilt-free meal. 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap and microwave cooking tray. Turn tray over so silver side is facing up. Center pizza on top of tray and place in oven. Heat on High 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove pizza and tray from oven; they will both be hot. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap and discard microwave cooking tray. Place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes. Do not place pizza directly on oven rack for safety reasons. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap and discard microwave cooking tray. Place pizza on toaster oven-safe pan. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. These pizzas are pre-cooked and have a delicate crust. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
