  • Keep frozen. Cooking required. Cooking: Do not defrost. In an 8 quart pot - place 2 carrots, peeled and cut in half, 2 onions, peeled and quartered, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in 2 quarts water and bring to a rolling boil. Add frozen fish loaf with inner paper wrapper. Return to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 1 hour. Refrigerate. Remove paper and slice.
