Authentic and irresistible, they will fill your home with the sublime aroma of our bakeries! Raisin Brioche is a French classic favorite! Ours feature generous helpings of raisins and a pastry cream filling flavored with vanilla and amber rum. This in-house recipe developed by our pastry chefs, is nothing short of decadent. Pure bliss! Homemade pastry cream, with vanilla and amber rum. Packaging from responsible sources. Recyclable where facilities exist. Untreated unbleached flour. Made in Canada

Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen. Baking: Keep pastries frozen until ready to use. 1. For best results, cover baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. 2. Take desired number of pastries out of plastic wrap and place on baking sheet, keeping a 1 inch distance between each pastry. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (Convection Oven: Preheat oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.). 4. Once the oven as reached the right temperature, put pastries in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (Convection Oven: Preheat oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.). 5. Remove pastries from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Admire, smell and enjoy! For An Extra Wow: After placing the frozen pastries on the baking sheet, let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then bake, following the instructions stated beside. This optional preparation step will allow pastries to rise more.
