Pale yellow with greenish hues. On the nose notes of green peaches and lemon peel appear with grass and mineral tones. Very fresh and upfront flavours that a re very expressive and with a long mouthfeel sensation with unmistakably saltiness and eucalyptus hues of Mar de Frades.

With the new installations opened in 2007, Mar de Frades finds itself at the foot of the Finca Vali?as Vineyard, on the slopes of a mountain in the centre of the Valley of Saln?s and facing the Arosa Estuary where the Atlantic breezes enter smoothed by the estuary. On the same level as the Estate, the Mar de Frades building is incorporated into the surrounding countryside replete with the characteristic grey granite; the building itself is covered in copper burnished by the rigours of the Galician climate. The visitor is greeted at the entrance to our bodega by a profile of a sail, which is symbolic of our vessel and a feature of the identity of Mar de Frades. A large interior space harbours the production installations where the cold stainless steel merges with the noble wood and the cheerful colours of blue and orange that identify the image of Mar de Frades. From the bottling lines to the tasting rooms, the views over the estuary are never out of sight during the visit. The cosy welcoming area serves as a place for enjoyment and inspiration while tasting the wines from Mar de Frades and contemplating the breathtaking views over the valley.
