Wine produced from these 8 parcels, blended and matured in the true Chablis tradition, reveal all the facets of this rich ground. Serve between 12 and 14 c. The wine should be aired or carafed before tasting. It will reveal notes of white fruit such as peach, with a mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation complements this pure, rounded wine.
