The 2011 Silver Label Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a blending of grapes grown from select North Coast vineyards. This combination offers full, rich flavors of berry, cassis and black cherry with hints of vanilla in the background. Aging with Frech Oak adds complexity and depth, resulting in a high quality Cabernet Sauvignon with great value.

Founded by Bruce Cohn in 1984 in the heart of Sonoma Valley, B.R. Cohn Winery is renowned for producing balanced, elegant wines that maintain a standard of excellence from year to year. Cohn purchased the property in 1974 and names it Olive Hill Vineyards, after the rare 140 year old Picholine olive trees imported from France in the mid 1800s, that surround the property. The microclimates Olive Hill Estate experiences make the property ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in wines of great intensity. Situated above natural underground hot springs and watered by an artesian well, Olive Hill Estate enjoys warm soils and a naturally frost free environment during the growing season. Gentle ocean breezes create cool night time temperatures, while warmer than average days result in an extended growing season.
