For the production of this great wine, Finca El Origen owns exceptional vineyards in the Uco Valley, in Fundo La Esperanza, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, 1.200 mts asl. The Uco Valley sub appellation is one of the most promising wine regions within the Mendoza province; this area lies southeast of the regional capital. The juice features an exceptional purple color. In the nose, the aromas are dominated by red plums, morello cherries, figs, dried apricots and a delicate perfume of violets. All this is harmonized with its oak ageing, which grants it elegant notes of vanilla, chocolate, toast and caramel.
