Using only French oak (20 months in barrel) and extra bottle aging results in a rich, balanced, full flavored Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of blackberry, plum and raspberry combine with notes of chocolate laced with hints of vanillin and toasted oak. Fruit forward flavors burst with blackberry and black plum and are balanced with notes of oak combined with cocoa and a spicy, dusty sense of Napa Valley terror. Elegant with a finely textured solid frame.

In 1982, the Skalli Family acquired Dollarhide Ranch, a cattle and horse ranch that dates back to the late 1800s. Dollarhide is a 1,500-acre property with steep and rolling hills, some flat lands, seven lakes, and plenty of wildlife. St. Sup ry Estate has planted 490 acres in grape vines at Dollarhide, so most of the property remains in its natural state and is home to a diverse collection of flora and fauna. The oldest vines at Dollarhide Ranch, now more than 28 years old, produce the full-bodied, robust Cabernet Sauvignons and distinctive mountain Sauvignon Blancs that have made St. Sup ry's Estate reputation.
