Deep purple in color with reflects of violet; glittering on the nose: black fruits, exotic spices, roasted coffee and fragrances of cacao. A blend of black licorice notes and the delicacy of violet. Slightly oaky. Rich with very ripe fruit characteristics. Silky tannins on the palate promise a great future for this wine. France.

The result of a meeting between a man, Gaston Brunel, and the terroir of Ch teauneuf du Pape: the Brunel family continues the tradition of wine making from generation to generation. We use the ancestral methods to preserve the balance of nature largely leaving room for the hand of man. The grape varieties, carefully selected on the basis of soil (limestone of the Urgonien, rolled pebbles or land of the Miocene) are one of the factors of the complexity of the wine. The selective harvesting and grape to wine-making assembly allow a very homogeneous marriage and cohesion of the aromas. Excavated in the rock, the caves deep and naturally cool, welcome some 500 oak barrels where the treasures of the castle of the Gardin rise peacefully. The wines are available in white and Red Ch teauneuf du Pape, C tes du Rh ne Villages red Rasteau, vin doux natural and C tes du Rh ne Villages.
