Signing Up for Online Services
To sign up for online services, CHOOSE ONE of the options below (whichever applies):
Signing up for the first time? Here's what you do:
1. At the Sign Up for
Online Services screen,
enter your e-mail address and give yourself a password. Then click
on Continue to move forward to The H-E-B Profile screen.
2. At the profile screen, type in your first name, last name, address (optional) and Zip Code. Then select your store by clicking on the Select Store button for a list of stores closet to your Zip Code (click on Show More Stores, if necessary). When you find your store, click on Select to the right of your store's name (scroll to the far right if needed). After you click Select, your store's name will appear on the profile page. Then indicate whether or not you're older than 12.
3. Click on Submit to save your profile.
You can now use any of H-E-B's online services!
Note: Selecting your store during sign-up is required as it makes it possible for you to view the ads for special promotions, contests, local events, featured sale items and other information unique to that store.
Already signed up but no password? We can
help. Previously, subscribers to the H-E-B Clicks newsletter were
able to sign up without needing a password. Now that the website has
interactive features, you MUST have a password
to access your own shopping list, virtual recipe box, store ads, etc.
So, if you've already signed up but don't have a password, create
a password now.
