Hummus is easy to make using a basic recipe - mix 2 garlic cloves, 2 - 15 oz. cans of garbanzo beans; 1/3 cup of lemon juice; 1/2 cup of water; 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/2 tsp. of salt. Process until smooth.
