Bass Ale — Created in 1777. Brewed in Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire, England. This rich, copper-colored ale has a full-bodied molasses nose and caramel palate. Try with cheese dishes, wild game, or spicy dishes (like fajitas or jerk chicken).
