Grocery Shopping Tour ($20/person, minimum of 5 people)

Up to 1 1/2 hour grocery shopping tour led by a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist. You will learn how to strategically navigate the store and read labels to make better choices for yourself and your family. Complimentary tours available. See heb.com/nutrition form more details.

Group Health Class ($30/person, minimum of 8 people)

A 1-hour health education class held at participating H-E-B stores. A registered Dietitian or Nutritionist will provide an educational health presentation. This session does not include food or cooking demonstrations. See Lunch & Learn for topics available.

Kids Cooking Classes (One class $20/child, 8 week series $120/child)

Kids Cooking Classes are designed to teach basic cooking techniques and to introduce new foods to enable children to make better more healthful choices. Children will experience hands on food preparation with a trained facilitator. These 1-hour classes are held at participating H-E-B stores and are appropriate for children between the ages of 4-8 years.

Cooking Demonstration ($20/ hour per person, minimum of 8 people)

Cooking Demonstrations are designed to present simple cooking techniques along with healthy and quick meal ideas. Observe live cooking, interact and sample the dishes being prepared by an experienced nutrition expert. A variety of topics are available to choose from. These 1-hour classes are typically held at participating H-E-B Stores based on availability.
