![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with no-stick
spray. Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap, microwave on high power for 1
minute, keep warm.
![]() Spread each tortilla with 1/2 tablespoon each roasted garlic hummus
and olive tapenade. Arrange 4 thin tomato slices, 1 tablespoon
crumbled Feta cheese, 1 tablespoon sliced baby spinach and 4 slices
mushrooms down the center of each softened tortilla. Spray each fi lled
tortilla with no-stick olive oil spray. Roll the tortilla like a taco, secure
with a toothpick, and place on prepared baking sheet.
![]() Bake Vegetarian Italian Wraps on center oven rack for 15 minutes
or until tortillas are crispy brown. Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal
and serve.
