![]() Instructions ![]() Prepare rice as directed on the package.
![]() Meanwhile, seal chicken and cornstarch in a zipper bag. Toss to coat. Set aside.
![]() Heat a heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat. Stir in oranges, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, pepper flakes and ginger. Bring to a boil and add chicken.
![]() Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry 10 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry 5-7 more minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
