2c.H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Brown Rice
1lb.chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes
1can (11 oz.)Hill Country Fare Mandarin Oranges
2Tbsp.lite soy sauce
1Tbsp.red pepper flakes
2pkgs.Mann's Vegetable Medley
Prepare rice as directed on the package.
Meanwhile, seal chicken and cornstarch in a zipper bag. Toss to coat. Set aside.
Heat a heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat. Stir in oranges, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, pepper flakes and ginger. Bring to a boil and add chicken.
Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry 10 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry 5-7 more minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serve with brown rice.
