![]() Instructions ![]() Prepare instant long grain rice according to package directions and keep warm.
![]() Meanwhile, combine sliced chicken and sesame oil in a large bowl and toss to coat.
![]() Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil-marinated chicken and stir-fry over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is thoroughly heated. Place cooked chicken in small bowl and add sweet chili sauce; set aside and keep warm.
