![]() Frozen Ready to Bake Mini Tart Shells may be substituted to make individual tarts. Prep Time:

refrigerated pie crust

c.
H-E-B Confectioners Sugar

Tbsp.
butter, softened
1/4
c.
Greek yogurt
4
oz.
H-E-B Neufchâtel Cheese

c. sliced
strawberries
![]() Instructions ![]() Preheat oven to 375°F.
![]() Place pie crust in tart pan, gently pressing dough on bottom, into fluted sides, and where sides meet bottom of pan. Trim dough even with top edge of pan. Using a fork, prick sides and bottom of dough repeatedly to prevent shrinking. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
![]() Meanwhile, prepare filling. using a mixer, blend confectioners sugar, butter, yogurt, and Neufchâtel.
![]() Allow pastry shell to cool completetly; add filling.
![]() Arrange a layer of strawberries on top. Chill until ready to serve.
