soy sauce

cloves
garlic, chopped very finely or crushed

tablespoon
grated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dry ginger

tablespoon
toasted sesame oil
1/4
cup
honey

tablespoons
brown sugar
4
tablespoons
sesame seeds
![]() Instructions ![]() Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a large sealable plastic bag. Add tenderloin and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours
![]() Heat oven to 400F.
![]() Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Combine honey and brown sugar on a shallow plate. Roll pork to entirely coat surface and then roll in sesame seeds.
![]() Roast pork in a shallow pan on a rack 25 to 30 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 140F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly and serve
