Ingredients

1  box (13.25 oz.)  H-E-B Pasta

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1 1/2  c.  cauliflower, chopped

1 1/2  c.  cherry tomatoes, halved

1  c.  blueberries

2  tsp.  lemon juice

3  Tbsp.  white balsamic vinegar

1/2  tsp.  garlic powder

1/4  tsp.  red pepper flakes

•  salt and pepper

Instructions


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Combine pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, and blueberries. Drizzle with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings. Chill until ready to serve.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
