Hill Country Fare Frozen Mediterranean Vegetables or frozen Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables
![]() Instructions ![]() Spray a 4-quart microwave-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
![]() In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta sauce, mushroom soup, chopped chicken, half the Parmesan cheese and 1 cup water. Toss ingredients to combine and season to taste with salt and black pepper; set mixture aside.
![]() Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 6 minutes, add the frozen vegetable mix and cook for 4 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce ingredients in bowl; toss to combine. Evenly fill the prepared baking dish with chicken spaghetti. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
