Ingredients

* no-stick cooking spray

24 H-E-B Deli classic water crackers with pepper

½ c. H-E-B Chef Prepared tomato basil sauce

3 slices H-E-B mozzarella cheese, each slice cut into 6 squares

24 slices H-E-B pepperoni

10 basil leaves, torn into bite-size pieces

Instructions


Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with no-stick cooking spray.

Place H-E-B Classic Water Crackers on prepared baking sheet, drop ¼ teaspoon tomato basil sauce on each cracker. Top with a Mozzarella cheese square, pepperoni slice, and basil leaf. Bake appetizers for 4 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Place on a serving tray and enjoy
