H-E-B White Corn Tortillas

Hill Country Fare Non-Stick Canola Spray

Texas 1015 Onion, cut into thin strips

salsa, guacamole and sour cream, as desired
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a foil-lined baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
![]() Place brisket in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute. Set aside.
![]() Spray tortillas on both sides with non-stick cooking spray, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute to soften. Spread 3 tablespoons brisket and a couple of strips of onion, if desired, down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly, one at a time. Secure each flauta with a toothpick and set on prepared baking pan.
![]() Bake flautas on center oven rack for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove toothpicks and serve with H-E-B Fresher Lasting Salsa Picante or your favorite garnishes.
