Mahi Mahi Lettuce Wraps

1  pkg.  H-E-B Wild Mahi Mahi Fillets

1  tsp.  H-E-B Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning

1  pkg.  Hearts of Romaine


Thaw mahi mahi fillets according to package instructions. Sprinkle each side with seafood seasoning.

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place fish in pan and sauté each side 3 to 5 minutes until flaky.

Flake fish and set aside in a dish.

To assemble fish tacos, place 1/4 cup mahi mahi in romaine leaf. Top with Strawberry Pico de Gallo (View recipe at left).
