boneless pork loin, cut into 24 ½-inch pieces

fresh pineapple, skin removed and cut into 16 1½-inch pieces

limes, each cut into 4 wedges
1
red onion, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
2
green bell peppers, cut into 24 1½-inch pieces
2
containers (4 oz. each)
H-E-B Mojo de Ajo Splash
![]() Instructions ![]() Combine pork loin cubes, pineapple, lime wedges, onion wedges, bell pepper,
and H-E-B Mojo de Ajo Splash in a large zipper bag. Marinate for 30 minutes in
refrigerator or until ready to grill.
![]() Use 8 metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers for kabobs. Thread each skewer with ingredients as desired. Cover kabobs with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
![]() Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Grill kabobs 4 to 6 minutes
per side until internal temperature of pork reaches 160°F.
