avocados

Iceberg Lettuce, finely shredded

Dijon mustard

chipotle hot sauce

container H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo

Central Market Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

red onion cut into ½-inch thick rings

Non-stick cooking spray
![]() Instructions ![]() Combine Dijon mustard and chipotle hot sauce together in a small bowl, set aside. Cut and pit the avocados; then mash with a fork. Add pico de gallo. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
![]() Preheat grill to medium-high heat (425-450 degrees F) and spray with non-stick cooking oil.
![]() Lightly coat onions with non-stick cooking spray; then season with salt and pepper. Place onions on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until tender.
![]() Form meat into 6 patties, roughly 1½ inches thick. Season patties generously with salt and pepper; then coat patties with non-stick cooking spray. Place patties on the grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
![]() Turn burgers and cook an additional 3 minutes with the lid closed. After 3 minutes, top burgers with a slice of cheese and allow an additional 2 minutes with lid closed.
![]() While cooking the burgers, fry bacon in a pan over medium heat for 7 minutes or until crispy.
![]() Spray each Kaiser roll with non-stick cooking spray and then place on a clean area of the grill. Toast for 30 seconds on each side.
