Cook Time:

12 to 16 minutes

Makes:

6 - 8 servings

Ingredients

2 lbs. beef top sirloin steaks, cut 3/4- inch thick

1 bottle (12 oz.) larger beer

1/3 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Hill Country Fare Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard

1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

1 tsp. each McCormick Salt and Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Combine marinade ingredients in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours

Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.

Grill steaks 4 inches above Medium heat (375degree grill surface temperature) 6 to 8 minutes per side. Test grill temperature by holding palm just above grate at cooking height; when heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, temperature is ideal for Medium heat.

Remove from grill when internal temperature of steaks reaches 140 or 150 degrees for Medium-Rare to Medium doneness. Determine temperature with an instant read thermometer inserted horizontally into center of steaks. Slice thinly at an angle and serve
