![]() Instructions ![]() Combine marinade ingredients in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours
![]() Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
![]() Grill steaks 4 inches above Medium heat (375degree grill surface temperature) 6 to 8 minutes per side. Test grill temperature by holding palm just above grate at cooking height; when heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, temperature is ideal for Medium heat.
![]() Remove from grill when internal temperature of steaks reaches 140 or 150 degrees for Medium-Rare to Medium doneness. Determine temperature with an instant read thermometer inserted horizontally into center of steaks. Slice thinly at an angle and serve
