Ingredients

4 beef new york strip or ribeye steaks, cut ¾ or 1-inch thick

2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve peppercorn garlic sear-n-crust rub

¾ c. Star Chef pineapple teriyaki marinade

1 sm. can crushed pineapple, in juice

Instructions


Season both sides of steaks with Adams Rub. Let steaks stand at room temperature 10 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, place crushed pineapple in a small sauce pan; stir in Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade. Bring to a simmer and cook about five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened. Set aside.

Prepare a charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes. Grill steaks 4 to 8 minutes per side (refer to cooking label on steaks for recommended time and temperatures).

Pour Teriyaki-pineapple sauce over grilled steaks and serve.
