jalapeño peppers, each cut in half, seeds and stems removed

juice of 1 lime

![]() Instructions ![]() Combine avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, garlic, olive oil, and
fajita seasoning in a large zipper bag. Gently turn the bag over several times to coat ingredients.
![]() pray a grilling mesh with nonstick cooking spray, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium low (300°F). Place seasoned avocado mixture on prepared grilling mesh and put mesh directly on hot grill. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes.
![]() Chop grilled guacamole ingredients and combine in a large bowl with the lime
juice and chopped cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with
baked corn tortilla chips.
