1/4 c. Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lime, juiced & zest
1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. H-E-B Relish that Corn Salsa
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
Add steak and toss to coat. Cover and set aside 15 minutes.
Heat grill to Medium-High and coat grill racks with oil or cooking spray.
Grill steak just until grill marks appear, 1-2 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes, then slice against the grain into 1/2 inch strips.
Arrange steak on a platter and serve with Relish that Corn Salsa.
