![]() Instructions ![]() Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat heavy bottom skillet over high heat 3 minutes. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and quickly brown pork on all sides (about 2 minutes per side). Place in crock pot and top with grated lemon peel and juice, ginger, garlic, green onions, apricots, Dijon mustard and orange juice.
![]() Cover and cook on high heat 4 1/2 hours. Cut pork loin into 1-inch slices.
