(5 oz. each) Central Market™ All Natural Albacore Tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked

salt and cracked pepper, to taste

large ripe tomatoes, thin sliced
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 400°F. Prepare baguette according to package directions and slice lengthwise into halves.
![]() Line baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside. Increase oven temperature to 425°F.
![]() Cut each slice of cheese diagonally into triangles and set aside. Spread each baguette half with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and layer with 2 triangles of cheese, 1 slice of red onion (rings separated), and 1/4 of the tuna. Season tuna to taste with salt and cracked pepper. Top each half with 2 tomato slices and remaining triangle of cheese.
![]() Place sandwich halves on prepared baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is thoroughly heated.
